may 12 2010 SPN Ogilvy communication agency works upon Invest in France, a multi-country program aimed at creating the image of France appealing for international investors. The project is implemented under the leadership of Ogilvy PR Paris and embraces the BRIC countries and the US. Communications support of the initiative in Russia includes media relations program, organizing the participation of Invest in France Agency in key business forums held in Russia, media monitoring and an online campaign. A research of Russian business leaders' opinion regarding investments in other countries' economy and France, in particular, will also be part of the campaign. "Invest in France is one of the biggest Ogilvy PR network projects SPN Ogilvy has been part of for the recent years", says Andrey Barannikov, the agency's CEO. "Special attention within the campaign is paid to Digital Influence, an innovative Ogilvy PR discipline featuring communications via all sorts of online channels. This is a great opportunity for SPN Ogilvy to further develop our expertise in this field". The Russian part of Invest in France campaign is tied up to the Year of France announced in Russia in 2010. The program is planned till the end of the current year. SPN Ogilvy has already had successful projects aimed at attracting investors into particular regions. In 2002 the agency won its first Silver Archer award (a national award given for excellence in public relations) for the project "Promoting the image of the Leningrad region on the international investment market".
